Prime FRP offers customization for your glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic materials requirements. We guarantee that these are high-strength, light, and made for many industrial applications. We support both OEM and ODM projects.
You can tell us your material needs, applications, or drawings. Our team will customize the glass fiber amount, choose the right plastic, design the product shape, and perform the full production. We also offer custom packaging and labeling of each FRP products we produced.
OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturing Services
Send us your specifications including drawings, formulas, or technical standards. Our production team will proceed to the full production process.
We will prepare the raw materials, mix glass fiber and plastic, extrude and mold the product, apply finishing, pack, and label all produced FRP.
All products are manufacture according to your brand and application requirements.
ODM – Original Design Manufacturing Services
Tell us your application and how the FRP products will be used. Also share your requirements including heat resistance, strength, sizes, and more.
Our team will assess them and choose the right glass fiber and plastic, add special materials, make samples, improve the design after testing, and prepare the product for large-scale production.
We provide ODM services if need new FRP products but need expert support.
Customization Process
Step 1: Tell us where and how the FRP products are used for. Also share us your strength, flame resistance, or heat tolerance requirements. You can also share material formula.
Step 2: Our engineers will review your requirements. We will suggest the best glass fiber amount, plastic type, additive, or molding method that fits your application needs.
Step 3: We will combine all the materials and create samples after your approval. Small sample batches are usually produced within 7 business days.
Step 4: You test the samples in your application. You also check the strength, color, surface look, size, and how easy the material is to process.
Step 5: We will make necessary adjustments to process or formula when needed. We repeat testing until the FRP product matches your requirements.
Step 6: We will start the mass production upon your approval. We prepare custom packaging and documents such as COA and MSDS. We will deliver your FRP product orders from 7 to 15 days.
Custom Options You Can Choose
We provide glass fiber type including chopped, long, or continuous glass fiber. Choose from 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% glass fiber amount. Base plastic selection also includes PP, PA66, PA6, PBT, PPS, PEEK, and more.
We can customize FRP products with additional functions like flame resistance that conforms to UL94 standards, UV protection, anti-static features, extra toughness, and weather resistance.
Our team can also add adjustable strength, flex and pull strength based on use, and impact resistance to your FRP products.
Wide range of colors are available such as black, white, natural, or custom colors. Choose from round or flat pallet shape. The size is usually 1.5-4mm but is also adjustable. Glossy, matte, textured, or coated surface finishes are also available.
You can choose from 25kg paper bags, woven bags with plastic lining, and large ton bags.
We offer different product packing including standard cartons, blister trays, and custom boxes.
We provide extra protection to your FRP products such as moisture control with desiccants or vacuum sealing.
We can incorporate your logo through inkjet or screen printing. We can print Chinese or English labels and labels like RoHS and REACH.
