Pultrusion Machines
Our company has two types of pultrusion machines. One uses a hydraulic system that moves back and forth. The other uses a crawler system to pull materials forward. These machines are very strong. They can pull with up to 20 tons of force. They can also make products that are as wide as 1.3 meters. The molds used in these machines have special features:
- They are made from strong, high-quality mold steel
- The inside of the mold is treated with nitriding or hard chrome plating. It is also polished very smooth.
- The mold is very straight and accurate. The straightness is controlled within 0.04mm per meter.
Hydraulic Molding Machine
Prime FRP uses advanced hydraulic molding machines to press composite materials. We have 8 hydraulic presses in different sizes including 100 tons, 315 tons, 500 tons, 2000 tons, and 2500 tons. The largest one is the 2500-ton hydraulic press. It has a strong frame structure and a four-corner leveling system to keep pressure even.
- Maximum operating height: 3800mm
- Working table size: 3400mm x 3000mm
This big machine is used to make large molded products like automobile high top covers and motor vehicle parts.
Spray Painting Robot
Our spray painting robot is flexible and smart.

Fiber Laser CNC Cutting Machines
Our cutting machines use an imported cutting head with high-speed and high-precision parts.
This ensures clean and accurate cutting.

It helped us cut materials quickly and with great accuracy.
Filament Winding Machines
Our filament winding machines are used to make strong round plastic products like pipes, tanks, and tubes. These machines wrap long fibers such as fiberglass, around a rotating mold. The fibers are coated with resin. This make the product hard and strong after it dries.
The machine controls the speed angle of the winding. This makes sure the fibers are placed evenly and tightly.
Compression Molding Press
We have compression molding press machines that are used to shape materials using heat and pressure. First, the material is placed inside a mold. Then, the press closes and applies a strong pressure and heat. This shapes the material into the final product.
Compression molding presses are used to make strong composite parts with smooth surfaces. They can produce items in different shapes and sizes. Benefits of our compression molding press includes:

Testing and Laboratory Equipment
