Prime FRP’s Integrated Quality Management System
Prime FRP is a professional manufacturer of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) that has decades of collective expertise in FRP production capabilities. We realized that in usual applications, such as chemical plants, infrastructure, energy facilities, and industrial buildings, quality is significant in safety, efficiency, and long-term operation. Because of this, we have implemented a comprehensive quality control system that includes all phases of production—starting from raw materials selection to final delivery. Our goal is to provide heavy-duty performance of FRP solutions that our clients can depend on for a longer time.
We begin our quality process with strict supplier evaluation and raw material verification. Only qualified resin, fiber, additives, and auxiliary materials that we approved to proceed for production. In molding, winding, pultrusion, lamination, curing, and finishing, every process is monitored rigorously to prevent defects and continue the same quality back and forth.
With modern testing equipment, standardized work processes, and experienced quality inspectors, we made sure every product adheres to dimensions, strengths, and corrosion resistance. Our factory conforms to international standards to carry on with reliable and constant quality.
Tracing back from small, customized orders up to big projects, Prime FRP is committed to giving certified, durable, and quality FRP products to be distributed in the global market.
Quality Assessment Process

All resin, glass fibers, fillers, and additives are carefully selected to meet safety standards.

Every material is tested for its physical properties, chemical stability, and compatibility before production.

In molding, pultrusion, filament winding, and panel forming, checks surface quality and structural integrity.

Inspects fiber distribution, resin impregnation, and layer thickness to secure its strength performance.

For handrails, ladders, pipes, and tanks, parts assembly and alignment are monitored strictly.

Products undergo load-bearing, impact-resistance, and strength testing to ensure a durable performance.

Evaluating samples in moisture, temperature, and aging conditions to assess durability in practical use.

Performed continuous operation and fatigue testing to test reliable performance in heavy-duty use.

Before delivery, every product is committed to appearance, size, packaging, and documentation.
