Sand Surface Treatment

The anti-slip performance of the grating is achieved through the in-mold integrated molding process. Before the resin is fully cured, it will be embedded with high-hardness quartz sand. These quartz sands form countless protrusions on the surface, increasing the surface roughness and enhancing the friction between the grating and the soles of feet or tires when contacting.

This surface sandblasting treatment process has the greatest applicability and can adapt to most industrial environments.
